At Crossfit Iron Bear we pride ourselves on not only providing world class fitness training, but also in creating a supportive and motivating environment.

The lockdown’s impacted every one of us and we weren’t exempt. That’s especially the case in a community that thrives on “in-person” group training.

What I can say is that all of us at CrossFit Iron Bear are re-building a stronger community and we are committed more than ever before to you and your fitness journey. 

The moment you arrive at your first class you will find a community of like-minded people of all ages and body types, committed to working hard and achieving lasting fitness results. We love our people and we love what we do – and that shows on the gym floor.

Most people who make resolutions to get fit or live a healthier lifestyle don’t follow through on their commitment. Why? The hardest part of the journey is off the couch and to our door. They can even pay for the gym membership but without this ONE vital ingredient they will fail. To truly follow through on achieving our goals we need support.

We need coaches and friends to guide us, and a community to motivate and encourage us. Without it, we don’t have a compelling reason to get up off the couch or to stay accountable to the journey. We’ve all seen it all too many times.

From our CrossFit Foundation Class to your very first class, at CrossFit Iron Bear you will find an inspiring community of people who we are invested in your fitness journey from day one. If you can make the hard journey to our door, we are here to help you do everything else.
