After a long background in a number of sports, including tennis, swimming and long-distance triathlon, I was looking for a new challenge and decided to give CrossFit a try in late 2015. CrossFit has changed my life in a number of positive ways and now as a coach, my goal is to help people to move better, learn new skills and make fitness a part of their lifestyle.
As a CrossFit Kids coach at CFIB and mum to two school-aged children, I am passionate about teaching kids to move well and creating a positive association with exercise that will stay with them for life. I love seeing the enjoyment the kids get out of the class and as they’re leaving, already feeling excited to return next week!
