The new owners of CrossFit Iron Bear, Adrian & Joanna Murley, invite you to celebrate our re-launch with a fun family day.
Day includes: Free Crossfit & Cardio classes at 9am and 10am respectively and at 11am we are having a fun OLY lifting competition with a great prize for 1st place Male & Female. BBQ and drinks available to purchase on the day and great deals on memberships.
The day is FREE whether you’re a CrossFit Iron Bear member or not.
