Just completed a week of online classes because of lockdown 2.0, and it has been such a positive experience! The online classes run seamlessly, the coaches are so accommodating and able to scale ALL the movements depending on what is available at home (I’ve just been using a backpack with books and water in it!). I feel so energised and satisfied after completing a session.
