Membership Options
- Never done CrossFit before? Then this class is designed for YOU and gives you the foundation you need to start. We strongly recommend all new members attend these sessions in your first week to ensure you understand the correct movement patterns and avoid injury. It makes sure you are setup for success.
- Iron Bear's CrossFit Foundation Class includes:
- > 1 x 2hr (1-on-1) Personal Training session. Held on a Saturday morning
- > 1 x 1hr (1-on-1) CrossFit class. Held at the same time as one of our mid-week classes.
- **Have a friend join you and don't pay double. Pay only $50 more. That makes it $125 each! Great way to get started.

We don’t believe in contracts. We want you to stay and continue to train at CrossFit Iron Bear because you love it and because you get results. If you need to exit your membership, or if you think CrossFit Iron Bear is not right for you, no problems. You can cancel any time. No questions asked. No hassles.
No. We know that getting started with healthier choices can be really tough, and some even have countless attempts to keep healthy. That’s why we don’t charge for sign up fees. We want to make your journey to starting at the gym as easy as possible.
You’re more than a number or another ‘customer’ to us. We are all together on this journey to become healthier and fitter, and we simply love doing life together. That’s a high value for us including all our coaches. Come in for your first class and not only will you see and experience our incredible community. At CrossFit Iron Bear, it’s always people first and fitness follows.
Yes! It’s your choice on weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Whatever option you prefer is the one we run with. Easy!
Yes! Direct debit from bank account or credit card is one of the easiest ways to ensure you keep up with your membership payments but if you prefer cash, then we can accomodate that just as easily.
No! We do not charge transaction fees when deducting your membership payments.
Yes! You are able to put your membership on hold. We just need a start and finish date and it will pause and automatically restart when your membership hold period is complete.
We would prefer to only put a membership on hold for a maximum of eight weeks but if you need longer then please talk to us about making a more suitable arrangement.
To cancel your membership just speak to one of our staff and we will arrange it for you. All we ask is give us 2wks notice so we can cancel any direct debits before they charge your account.
Yes! If you are an experienced CrossFitter who is travelling from out of town then we would love to host you. Please visit our Drop In page to see our current single class and weekly pass pricing. Once you’ve decided on a package simply click on the link, fill in the form and come on in to the box. You can also just “drop-in” and we can sort it out on the day. Easy!
Yes, we offer a free intro class to anyone who wants to try CrossFit Iron Bear for the first time. Simply complete the Free Intro Class form and book in a time to come in for your first class. After you have attended your free class we encourage you to become part of the community so you can make the most of what our gym has to offer.
